Village Green Restoration restored and repaired the historic flat plasterwork at the main residence of the Wakefield Estate in Milton.Applying techniques first developed by pioneering preservationists Morgan Phillips and Andy Ladygo, Village Green used acrylic emulsions to stabilize and then re-adhere the 3-coat lime plaster to the lath. Through internal research and development, the technicians at Village Green improved upon previous systems allowing the plaster injection process to be performed in a cleaner, faster and more precise manner.
